Vernon L. Bailey, Esquire, is admitted to practice law in the following Courts:  Supreme Court of Pennsylvania (1998); United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania (1999); United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2003); Nevada Supreme Court (2006); United States District Court for the District of Nevada (2006); and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (2006).

He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Hiram College in 1991, and obtained his Juris Doctor from The Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in 1998.

Vernon L. Bailey had his own successful law practice in Pennsylvania for 6 years before moving to Nevada.

Prior to opening his own law office in Nevada, Mr. Bailey worked as a Law Clerk in the Appellate division of the Clark County District Attorney’s Office from 2005-2006 and as an Attorney for the Las Vegas law firm Rawlings, Olson, Cannon, Gormley & Desruisseax in 2006.
